Career

Iván is a partner (since 2024) in Pérez-Llorca’s Employment practice. A State Advocate and Inspector of Services (on leave of absence), he has nearly 25 years’ experience across all areas of employment relations, with a particular focus on complex litigation, collective bargaining and restructuring processes, including those connected to insolvency. He has acted in matters spanning the public sector, finance, technology, health, education, science, aviation, media, ports and road transport.
