Career

Iván joined Pérez-Llorca as a partner in 2024 to contribute to the expansion and growth of this practice at the firm. He has almost 25 years of practice in senior positions, both in government agencies and in other law firms.

Iván was a State Advocate and Inspector of the Services of the General State Administration on leave of absence.

He has extensive experience in all areas of employment relationships, with a particular focus on the execution of complex litigation, collective bargaining and restructuring processes, including insolvency proceedings, in sectors as diverse as the public sector in general, finance, technology, health, education, science and aviation, media, ports and road transport, among others.
