Employment, compensation and benefits.
She advises on all areas of employment relationships, including restructuring proceedings, employment audits, the design of employee remuneration schemes, and negotiations with trade unions and workers’ representatives. She also provides mediation, conciliation and arbitration services before the Labour and Social Security Inspection Authorities and before labour courts, covering collective conflicts, dismissals, claims for payment or rights, sanctions and substantial modifications to working conditions. She has extensive experience negotiating collective bargaining agreements, standardisation pacts, and drafting and implementing internal employment policies.
Career
Isabel is a partner (since 2020) in Pérez‑Llorca’s Employment practice, which she joined in 2009. She is an expert in labour and social security law and advises national and international clients on sophisticated employment matters, including restructuring processes, collective negotiations, compensation structures and the employment implications of corporate decisions.
