Career

Guillermina Ester is a partner (since 2010) in Pérez-Llorca’s Litigation & Arbitration practice. She acts in complex civil, commercial and corporate disputes before all tiers of the Spanish courts and in domestic and international arbitrations, as well as high-stakes pre-litigation mandates.

Her work spans contractual claims (joint ventures, SPAs, distribution, construction and EPC, price-adjustment mechanisms), corporate litigation (directors’ liability and shareholder disputes), unfair competition and banking litigation. Recognised for coordinating multi-party cases and urgent interim relief, she advises Spanish and international clients across a range of sectors. Guillermina holds a Law degree (UC3M) and completed IESE’s General Management Programme. Works in Spanish and English.
