He also counsels hedge funds and investment funds on acquisitions in Spain (NPLs, corporate debt, corporate stakes and asset portfolios).
Fausto Romero-Miura is a partner (since 2007) in Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate/Real Estate practice and leads the firm’s Asia Desk. His international background includes a 2004 secondment to Dewey Ballantine LLP (New York) with the Project Finance team, working on cross-border real estate and project finance transactions in Latin America.
