Tamara McKinzie represents commercial clients in the energy, retail, office, financial healthcare and renewable power sectors with the acquisition, development, financing and divestiture of real estate projects. Her experience includes drafting and negotiation of complex commercial lease and purchase and sale contracts, as well as project finance and construction agreements. Tamara routinely advises investors, developers and utilities on the structuring of mixed use, multifamily, industrial, and data center transactions and resolving issues related to zoning and other land use restrictions. She also advises other counsel in portfolio purchases and divestitures, joint venture agreements and secured and unsecured credit transactions.

Tamara has also represented borrowers and lenders in both commercial and consumer transactions, including the preparation and negotiation of loan agreements, security instruments, and disclosures required by both state and federal law.
