Brittany Pemberton helps a variety of energy and industrial clients with compliance and strategy, enforcement, and policy issues under the Clean Air Act (CAA) and related to climate change. She advises on an array of stationary source regulations as well as traditional fuel quality and clean fuels matters under the CAA before the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and state agencies. Brittany’s practice also includes regulatory advocacy, representing clients seeking advice or practical solutions or participating in the federal rulemaking process before EPA, U.S. Department of Energy and U.S. Department of Interior. She frequently assists clients challenging final agency actions in the D.C. Circuit, other federal courts, and administrative appeals. Additionally, Brittany has helped major infrastructure projects obtain and defend federal and state authorizations and assisted clients with matters at the intersection of bankruptcy and environmental law.
