Advises clients on the development of energy transition projects including carbon sequestration, clean hydrogen and clean fuels projects with a focus on qualification for, and monetization of, federal income tax credits. Broad experience in project development, joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions and restructurings across the conventional energy and energy transition industries. Represents both public and private energy companies, as well as private equity funds, most notably Equinor, Phillips 66, Tallgrass and DT Midstream.
