Advises and defends clients with a deep appreciation of the high-profile and complex environmental and energy transition issues of our day. Advice and advocacy are informed by a technical understanding for how key energy, chemical, industrial and waste sectors operate as well as an acumen for the challenges clients must navigate to achieve their business objectives. Clients include project developers, chemical manufacturers, refiners, power generators, debtors, waste management companies and financial institutions focused on navigating the legal and policy initiatives of federal agencies related to the environment and natural resources.
