Represents institutional lenders and private creditors, as well as debtors, in secured and unsecured debt transactions, including asset-based financings, reserve-based lending, back-levered financings, senior and subordinated financings, cross-border financings, commodity financings, acquisition financings, letter of credit facilities, term loan facilities, securitization and conduit lending transactions, and single-asset project financings as well as corporate working capital facilities. Has worked on numerous restructurings, workouts and re-financings of troubled energy credits. Experience includes debt-to-equity swaps, distressed trades, restructuring support agreements, debtor-in-possession credit facilities, exit facilities and other components of Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 proceedings.
Broad experience in energy and energy infrastructure, with transactions involving upstream, midstream and downstream assets and operations, including exploration and production, oilfield and other environmental services, transportation, terminaling, and refining assets, and both conventional and renewable power, including solar and battery storage.
