Clients include players in the traditional energy, renewable energy, energy transition, and commodities trading spaces – both lenders and borrowers. Broad experience across the energy finance landscape, with particular knowledge of project finance, reserve based lending, tax equity and tax credit transfers, asset based lending, first and second lien financings, acquisition and working capital facilities, leveraged and investment-grade financings, commodity finance, bond credit enhancement facilities and hedging arrangements. Also handles restructurings and workouts of financings in the energy industry.
