Andrew Bueso represents both lenders and borrowers in a broad range of traditional and bespoke secured and unsecured credit transactions. He advises clients on leveraged and investment-grade credit facilities, including reserve-based loans, acquisition financings, holdco facilities, multicurrency facilities, and cross-border facilities, as well as distressed credits in restructuring and workout situations.
Andrew’s practice spans a variety of industries, with a particular focus on the energy sector. He regularly represents renewable and traditional energy companies, as well as domestic and international financial institutions, in financings involving energy infrastructure, renewable energy projects, exploration and production assets, midstream systems, oilfield services, and commodity trading and storage assets.
Andrew also advises clients involved in distressed credit situations. He represents clients in connection with debtor-in-possession financings, exit facilities, and other complex restructuring-related credit transactions.
