Represents companies in the defense of major administrative, civil, and criminal environmental enforcement actions in all media and on the environmental aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, project financings, and other significant transactions. Practice includes extensive experience with environmental compliance auditing tools; Tim has overseen environmental audits involving thousands of facilities, prepared hundreds of federal and state environmental audit disclosures, and helped pioneer the development and use of EPA’s audit policy for new owners.
