Represents companies on strategic environmental permitting, defense of environmental enforcement actions and environmental aspects of transactions. Practice focuses on environmental auditing, and has overseen environmental compliance audits involving thousands of locations, hundreds of environmental audit disclosures, and pioneered the development and use of the EPA’s audit policy for new owners. Has helped clients successfully obtain EPA permit authorization for greenhouse gas emissions from new chemical, energy and power industry projects.
