Norma Peña i Bagés is a partner in Pérez-Llorca’s Tax practice with broad experience in cross-border and domestic mandates. She advises corporates, financial sponsors and banks on the tax aspects of M&A and real estate transactions, acquisition financings, corporate and financial restructurings, and capital markets matters.
Her work also covers international tax planning and contentious matters, including inspections, administrative reviews and litigation. Norma combines structuring know-how with dispute strategy on complex, multi-jurisdictional deals. She holds an undergraduate and Master’s degree in Law from ESADE (Universidad Ramon Llull). Works in Spanish, Catalan and English, with reading and writing proficiency in French.
