Mónica is a partner (since 2021) in Pérez-Llorca’s Banking & Finance practice. She advises lenders, sponsors and corporates on corporate lending, acquisition and project finance, asset finance, refinancings and restructurings, as well as secondary debt and NPL acquisitions.
Her mandates span bilateral and syndicated facilities, security and guarantee packages, intercreditor arrangements and capital-structure solutions, frequently with cross-border elements and for both listed and private companies. Mónica holds a Master’s in Business Law (Centro de Estudios Garrigues), a Law degree and a Diploma in International Relations (ICADE). She works in Spanish and English.
