He advises healthcare companies on a wide variety of business combinations and other related transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, restructurings, workouts or dispositions. He routinely represents individual physicians and group practices on matters such as group formation and compensation formulas, joint ventures, employment agreements, recruiting agreements and professional services arrangements.
