Investigations, Enforcement & Compliance

Our team includes former members of DOJ, several former Assistant U.S. Attorneys, and two former members of HHS-OCIG, the branch responsible for promulgating the modified safe harbors to the AKS. We counsel clients on civil and criminal exposure related to healthcare fraud and abuse allegations, including:
