Howard H Lamar III

A seasoned corporate attorney with 35 years of experience, Howard Lamar has helped clients navigate significant corporate events, such as mergers and acquisitions, public offerings of securities and private equity and venture capital financings (equity and subordinated debt); governance matters; operating matters; and general corporate oversight. He also advises companies on a variety of corporate and securities matters, including balance sheet structuring, corporate governance, shareholder activism, special committee and internal investigative matters, disclosure issues, strategic analysis and start-up concerns.
