Felix focuses his practice on structuring complex debt transactions. For 30 years he has represented clients in matters related to commercial lending, secured transactions, real estate and general commercial law. He advises clients related to the negotiation and documentation of a variety of financing and real estate transactions, including asset-based financings, syndicated revolving credit and term loan facilities, mezzanine and subordinated loans, construction loans and work-outs and restructures of credit facilities, as well as the sale and leasing of commercial real estate. Felix’s practice spans many industries, including real estate investment trusts (REITs), healthcare, energy, hospitality, professional sports, government contracting, manufacturing, logistics, wholesale/retail and restaurants.
