For more than 35 years, Glenn Rose has represented clients in complex business disputes and insolvency situations, devoting roughly half of his practice to each area. He has guided numerous businesses through successful out-of-court restructurings and Chapter 11 reorganizations, including one of the largest individual Chapter 11 reorganizations in the country and a payment in full plan that preserved the ownerships interests of shareholders in a public company.
