For more than 35 years, Glenn has represented debtors, creditors, committees, interested purchasers and other parties in bankruptcy cases and out-of-court transactions with a special focus on business reorganizations. He has guided numerous businesses through successful out-of-court restructurings and Chapter 11 reorganizations. He also litigates a broad range of business disputes, including false claims actions and actions alleging breach of fiduciary duty, violation of securities laws and breach of contract.
