For more than 35 years, Glenn Rose has represented clients in complex business disputes and insolvency matters, devoting a substantial portion of his practice to bankruptcy, restructuring, and commercial litigation. He advises debtors, creditors, committees, purchasers, and other parties in Chapter 11 proceedings, out-of-court restructurings, and related financial matters.

Glenn also represents clients in complex business disputes involving breach of contract, acquisition agreements, fiduciary duty claims, securities issues, insurance coverage disputes, and corporate governance matters. In addition, he advises healthcare clients in False Claims Act litigation, internal investigations, and risk management matters.

He has guided numerous businesses through successful restructurings and reorganizations, including one of the largest individual Chapter 11 reorganizations in the country and a payment-in-full plan that preserved shareholder ownership interests in a public company.

Career

Joined Bass, Berry & Sims in 2016. Prior to joining the firm, Glenn was a shareholder at Harwell Howard Hyne Gabbert & Manner, P.C.
