Paul Jennings focuses his practice on restructuring, bankruptcy, insolvency proceedings, and related commercial litigation. With more than 30 years of experience, he represents debtors, creditors, committees, trustees, receivers, and other fiduciaries in complex Chapter 11 reorganizations, liquidations, workouts, and insolvency-related disputes.

Paul has been involved in several of the largest Chapter 11 proceedings in Tennessee and regularly advises clients on insolvency strategy, fiduciary duty issues, and asset recovery matters. His practice includes representing institutional secured creditors, unsecured vendors, corporate debtors, and court-appointed fiduciaries in reorganizations, liquidations, avoidance actions, fraudulent conveyance litigation, preference actions, and claims disputes. He also has significant experience handling Section 363 asset sales and insolvency-related litigation.

Joined Bass, Berry & Sims in 1990. Has extensive experience representing clients in complex bankruptcy proceedings, restructurings, insolvency litigation, and fiduciary matters involving financially distressed businesses.
