Maggie Deutsch

Maggie Deutsch represents private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, private credit lenders, financial institutions, and corporate borrowers in sophisticated financing transactions. She advises clients on debt structures supporting acquisitions, growth initiatives, recapitalizations, refinancings, and other strategic business objectives, with experience spanning throughout the middle-market.

Maggie regularly works with participants across the private capital ecosystem, advising clients on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of financing transactions in both domestic and cross-border settings. Her practice encompasses a broad range of debt financing structures and capital solutions, including acquisition financings, leveraged recapitalizations, and refinancings.

Maggie joined Bass, Berry & Sims in 2026. She previously was a private equity finance partner at Reed Smith.
