MAGGIE DEUTSCH is a Managing Associate in the Global Finance group in the firm’s Chicago office. She has experience representing alternative lenders, asset managers, banks, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, and borrowers in a broad array of sophisticated financing transactions. Some of these transactions include asset-based lending, acquisition financing/leveraged buyouts, cross-border loans, and other secured and unsecured credit facilities.
Maggie graduated magna cum laude from University of Illinois Chicago School of Law where she served as Executive Lead Articles Editor on the school’s law review and as a judicial extern for The Honorable Ann Claire Williams on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Prior to law school, Maggie was a NCAA Division I athlete at The College of William and Mary and a Scholastic All-American.
