F Mitchell Walker Jr

Mitch represents public companies and underwriters in public offerings and in mergers and acquisitions. He also works with issuers and underwriters on public offerings of both equity and debt securities. Mitch regularly advises boards of directors or special committees on corporate governance issues, corporate restructurings, management led buyouts and investigations of accounting irregularities. He counsels clients on acquisitions or divestitures of operating subsidiaries or divisions and often coordinates an acquisition with raising the necessary capital to finance the purchase price. He regularly works with clients from the financial services, food and beverage, real estate and retail sectors.
