In the last 30 years, Page Davidson has worked with countless companies on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions; strategic relationships, such as joint ventures and corporate partnerships; as well as a variety of other corporate and securities matters, including corporate governance, public company disclosure, shareholder activism and consideration of various strategic alternatives. He counsels public and private companies and works closely with executives and boards of directors in connection with a variety of corporate and securities matters. While Page’s clients include a significant concentration of healthcare companies, he also works with companies in a number of other industries, including food and beverage, industrial, hospitality, technology and retail.
