Her extensive debt finance and capital markets experience includes high yield, investment grade and convertible notes offerings, Term Loan B facilities, asset-based loans, revolving facilities and acquisition financings. She also routinely advises companies on collateral and intercreditor matters, debt finance compliance, and loan workout and restructuring matters.
