She advises on a full spectrum of litigation matters, representing clients before Spanish Civil and Commercial Courts and providing strategic support during the pre‑litigious stage. Her practice focuses on corporate and contractual disputes, including service and works contracts, construction issues, commercial leases and directors’ liability. She also has notable experience in unfair competition, banking disputes and damages claims arising from antitrust infringements, as well as guiding clients through pre‑insolvency and insolvency proceedings.
Career
Mariona is a Senior Associate in Pérez‑Llorca’s Litigation & Arbitration practice, which she formally joined as a lawyer in 2018 after completing internships with the firm during her Law degree and Master’s studies (2015 and 2017). Her work focuses on complex corporate, commercial and financial disputes as well as insolvency‑related matters, advising national and international clients across contentious and pre‑contentious phases.
