Overview
Pérez-Llorca’s Administrative and Regulatory Law team is formed of renowned lawyers, including former State Advocates with extensive experience dealing with all matters related to public administration, who offer our clients solutions tailored to every concern.
Our Administrative and Regulatory Law team is supported by the other lawyers at Pérez-Llorca and provides comprehensive legal advice to public sector entities and private companies subject to public law, foundations and regulated companies. We advise on areas including:
- Public Contracts. We specialise in tender proceedings and the performance of public contracts, as well as the resolution of contractual disputes. We also advise on due diligence processes related to the review of public contracts.
- Legal Advice and Defence Counsel. On all matters and particularly in relation to regulated sectors (energy, financial, insurance and telecommunications).We have extensive experience in administrative, pre-judicial and/or judicial proceedings before all authorities and give advice in relation to public properties.
