Has represented clients in construction, lease and project financings of various assets, including renewable and nuclear generating facilities. Advises on disclosure and compliance requirements under the securities laws, corporate governance, and financial and regulatory issues related to mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, disaggregations and restructurings in the power sector. With increasing frequency, also advises on disclosure and governance issues relating to weather variability and, especially, climate change. Special interests include solar and other renewable energy technologies and utility mortgage indentures.
