Represented clients in lease and project financings of various assets, including renewable and nuclear generating facilities. Also on disclosure and compliance requirements under the securities laws, corporate governance, and financial and regulatory issues related to mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, disaggregations and restructurings in the power sector.
With increasing frequency, has also advised on ESG governance and disclosure issues, as well as green financing transactions. Special interests include solar technology and utility mortgages.
