李国刚先生现任泰和泰（北京）律师事务所高级专业顾问，曾经任职商务部条法司和贸易救济局处长，领导并参与50多起反倾销和反补贴案件的调查，多次代表中国政府参加WTO规则谈判，中美商贸联委会以及中欧贸易谈判。是美国国务院2010-2011年度汉弗莱奖学金获得者，美国国际法协会（ILI）国际贸易法顾问。2018年，李国刚加入泰和泰（北京）律师事务所，多次代理全球知名企业应对反倾销和反补贴调查、美国海关和边境局(CBP)的海关扣押令措施、涉疆法案应对以及出口管制、经济制裁等案件，具备丰富的国际贸易应对经验。
Mr. Li Guogang currently serves as a Senior Professional Consultant at Tahota Law Firm (Beijing Office). He previously held the position of Division Director within the Department of Treaty and Law and the Bureau of Trade Remedies at the Ministry of Commerce of China. In these roles, he led and participated in the investigation of over 50 anti-dumping and countervailing cases. He also represented the Chinese government on multiple occasions in WTO rule negotiations, the Sino-U.S. Joint Commission on Commerce and Trade, and Sino-European trade negotiations.
A recipient of the U.S. Department of State's Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship (2010-2011), Mr. Li served as an International Trade Law Advisor to the American Society of International Law. Since joining Tahota Law Firm in 2018, he has repeatedly represented globally renowned companies in responding to anti-dumping and countervailing investigations, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) withhold release orders, challenges related to the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act, and cases involving export controls and economic sanctions, amassing extensive experience in international trade compliance and defense.
