谢青萍律师，泰和泰（西宁）律师事务所执行主任、党支部书记、高级合伙人；1991年取得律师资格证，并从事律师职业至今。近年来先后为十余家房地产开发公司、建筑施工企业、国有资产的控股公司、商贸企业、上市公司等担任法律顾。专业内容涉及民商事诉讼、房地产、政府法律顾问、企业改制、资产（破产）重组、税收筹划等。
Attorney Xie Qingping is the Executive Director, Party Branch Secretary, and Senior Partner of Tahota (Xining) Law Firm. Admitted to practice in 1991, she has been engaged in the legal profession since then. In recent years, she has served as legal counsel to over ten real estate development companies, construction enterprises, state-owned asset holding companies, commercial enterprises, listed companies, and others. Her professional expertise covers civil and commercial litigation, real estate, government legal advisory services, enterprise restructuring, asset (bankruptcy) reorganization, and tax planning.
