Attorney Peng Shaohua is a Senior Partner, Party General Branch Secretary, Director of the Capital Markets Department, and a member of the firm-wide Financial & Securities Business Internal Review Committee at Tahota (Wuhan) Law Firm. She holds a Master's degree in Economic Law and dual Bachelor's degrees in Law and Finance. With over ten years of practice experience, her primary areas of expertise include real estate and construction engineering, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), restructuring and bankruptcy reorganization, financial securities, and legal services for state-owned enterprises.
Attorney Peng has provided specialized legal services for a series of projects, including the establishment of sub-funds under government-guided funds in Hubei Province and Xiangyang City, equity investment projects, and distress relief projects. She has also offered specialized legal counsel for multiple domestic and international financing projects involving entities such as the Qiaokou District Government of Wuhan, Hubei Communications Investment Group, Hubei Culture & Tourism Group, Jiangxia Economic Development Investment Group, Jiangxia Economic Development Group, and Wuhan Commerce & Trade Group.
