Attorney Zhao Mingmin graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law. He joined Hainan Fangyuan Law Firm in 1995 and was admitted to practice in 2000. His principal practice areas include corporate/commercial matters, M&A and restructuring, bankruptcy and liquidation, administrative litigation, as well as real estate development, construction, and land administration.
Attorney Zhao Mingmin provides full-process legal services to numerous renowned domestic real estate development enterprises, such as R&F Group, KWG Group, Shimao Group, Chenxing Development Company, and Jingbo Real Estate Company. His services span project financing, land acquisition, development and construction, property sales, title registration, and property management. Additionally, he has served as legal counsel to multiple large enterprises in the real estate sector, handling various non-contentious specialized matters and litigation services.
From 2018 to 2022, Attorney Zhao Mingmin served as a key member of the standing legal advisory team for the Danzhou Municipal Government and concurrently as the standing legal advisor to the Danzhou Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning. He possesses extensive experience in government affairs, compliance, administrative reconsideration, administrative law enforcement, and administrative legislation.
In 2023, Attorney Zhao Mingmin and his team led the completion of Hainan Province’s first-ever pre-reorganization to bankruptcy reorganization case, making a significant contribution to the development and refinement of the bankruptcy regime within the Hainan Free Trade Port.
