袁嘉博士目前担任泰和泰律师事务所高级顾问，德国波恩大学法学博士、对外经贸大学法学博士后，全国律协首批“涉外律师领军人才“、司法部首批“一带一路跨境律师库人才“。曾服务于英国年利达律师事务所(Linklaters)、德国泰乐信律师事务所(Taylor Wessing)、中国金杜律师事务所，也有在华为科技德国有限责任公司任职的经历。能熟练地运用中文、英语和德语为客户提供全方位的商务法律服务。

袁嘉博士擅长于国际投融资与并购、知识产权与竞争法、私募基金等专业领域，为迪卡侬、仁恒置地、苏宁易购、中国中车、四川航空、五粮液、泸州老窖、华西希望等国内外知名大中型企业提供综合商事法律服务，也为航天科工、微风菁蓉、紫荆谷、九联投资和伯恩资本等私募基金提供募投管退相关法律服务。袁嘉博士还特别关注于为科技企业提供涵盖股权设计及公司治理、投资融资和知识产权整体保护等内容的，能覆盖企业生命全周期的科技企业法律服务。基于其对于投资人、创业者的关注与了解，袁嘉博士还担任了电子科大科技园、腾讯众创空间、腾讯AI加速器、中关村成创中心和创客街等多家孵化器和众创空间的创新创业导师，为科技企业提供培训和指导。

Dr. Yuan Jia currently serves as a Senior Consultant at Tahota Law Firm. She holds a Doctor of Law (Dr. jur.) from the University of Bonn, Germany, and completed post-doctoral research in law at the University of International Business and Economics. She is recognized among the first cohort of "Leading Lawyers in Foreign-Related Legal Affairs" by the All China Lawyers Association and the first cohort of the "Belt and Road" Cross-Border Lawyer Talent Pool by the Ministry of Justice.

Her professional experience includes previous roles at the international law firms Linklaters (UK) and Taylor Wessing (Germany), as well as at King & Wood Mallesons in China. She also gained in-house experience working at Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., German Branch. Dr. Yuan is proficient in Chinese, English, and German, enabling her to provide comprehensive business legal services to clients in all three languages.

Dr. Yuan specializes in international investment, financing & M&A, intellectual property & competition law, and private equity funds. She has provided integrated commercial legal services to well-known domestic and international enterprises such as Decathlon, Yanlord Land Group, Suning.com, CRRC, Sichuan Airlines, Wuliangye, Luzhou Laojiao, and West Hope Group. Additionally, she offers legal services covering the entire fund lifecycle (fundraising, investment, management, and exit) to private equity funds including Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, Weifeng Jingrong, Tsinghua's Hong Kong-based Zijinggu, Jiulian Investment, and Bern Capital.

With a particular focus on technology companies, Dr. Yuan provides lifecycle-spanning legal services that encompass equity structure design, corporate governance, investment & financing, and holistic intellectual property protection. Drawing on her deep understanding of both investors and entrepreneurs, she also serves as a mentor for innovation and entrepreneurship at several incubators and makerspaces, including the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) Science Park, Tencent's Open Space, Tencent AI Accelerator, Zhongguancun Chengchuang Center, and Maker Street, offering training and guidance to tech startups.
