Leveraging profound legal theoretical knowledge and extensive practical experience, she provides both ongoing retainer and specialized legal services to numerous large state-owned enterprises, public institutions, and conglomerates. She has earned the deep trust of her clients, with multiple advisory units maintaining collaborative relationships with the firm for over 15 years.

In the real estate sector, Attorney Ni Hong offers comprehensive full-process legal services to many well-known domestic property development enterprises, such as China Overseas Holdings, Agile Group, and China Merchants (Shekou). Her services span project financing, land acquisition, development and construction, property sales, title certificate processing, property management, and tax planning.

Within the field of intellectual property, she serves as legal counsel for several large domestic and international corporations.
