黄远兵律师于1999年从中南政法学院（现“中南财经政法大学”）毕业后，先进入深圳市某区人民法院工作近8年，2007年从法院辞职，从事律师职业。2013年，泰和泰（深圳）律师事务所成立，黄远兵律师担任主任、高级合伙人。

黄远兵律师擅长整合资源，协调、处理、解决重大、疑难、复杂的法律事务，并卓有建树。在法律服务中，黄远兵律师的战略大局意识较强，能够帮助客户做好战略规划，不局限于一案一事及单纯的法律手段，从而最大程度地实现最终的战略目的！

Attorney Huang Yuanbing graduated from Zhongnan Institute of Political Science and Law (now Zhongnan University of Economics and Law) in 1999. He first worked for nearly eight years at a district-level people’s court in Shenzhen before resigning from the judiciary in 2007 to pursue a career as a lawyer. In 2013, when Tahota (Shenzhen) Law Firm was established, Attorney Huang assumed the role of Managing Partner and Senior Partner.

Attorney Huang is adept at integrating resources and coordinating, handling, and resolving major, difficult, and complex legal matters, with a proven record of achievement. In his legal practice, he demonstrates a strong strategic and big-picture perspective, assisting clients not only with strategic planning but also looking beyond individual cases or isolated issues and relying solely on legal means, thereby maximizing the attainment of clients' ultimate strategic objectives.
