张凯翔律师、法律博士（Juris Doctor），系泰和泰律师事务所高级合伙人、能源资源与环境部主任。

张律师于2018年加入泰和泰，在此之前曾先后在深圳华为和新希望集团从事投资和法务工作。

张律师在四川大学获得工学学位，在北京大学获得中国法法硕士学位以及英美法法律博士（Juris Doctor）学位。

Zhang Kaixiang, Juris Doctor (J.D.), is a Senior Partner at Tahota Law Firm and serves as the Head of its Energy, Resources & Environment Department.

Zhang joined Tahota in 2018. Prior to this, he held positions in investment and legal affairs at Shenzhen-based Huawei and the New Hope Group.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Sichuan University, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Chinese Law, and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in Anglo-American Law from Peking University.
