Cai Bin, a Senior Partner at Tahota Law Firm and Head of its Restructuring & Insolvency Center, holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics and has been honored as an "Outstanding Lawyer of Chengdu."
