姚子奇律师自1982年起从事法律教育工作，1985年起在西安市第一律师事务所任兼职律师，是改革开放以来陕西省较早从事律师业务的律师之一；1991年起在西安市涉外经济律师事务所（后改制更名为陕西九州同律师事务所）任专职律师，并担任主任一职；2014年，陕西九州同律师事务所与陕西仁和万国律师事务所合并，姚子奇律师为合并后的陕西仁和万国律师事务所主任、高级合伙人。2019年，泰和泰（西安）律师事务所成立，姚子奇律师为高级合伙人、执行主任。执业期间，姚子奇律师为西安市政府及其相关部门提供全程法律服务，为百余家企事业单位担任常年法律顾问，业务范围涵盖刑事、民事诉讼、房地产、外贸进出口、高新科技、军工企业以及涉外酒店等行业，在处理公司及商业事务、合同纠纷方面积累了丰富的经验。对生产企业的生产、技术、工艺流程有较多的经验，其对军事知识的了解对军工企业的法律服务起到一定的支持和帮助作用。

Attorney Yao Ziqi began his career in legal education in 1982 and started practicing as a part-time lawyer at Xi’an First Law Firm in 1985, making him one of the earliest lawyers to practice in Shaanxi Province following China’s reform and opening-up. In 1991, he became a full-time lawyer at Xi’an Foreign-Related Economic Law Firm (later restructured and renamed as Shaanxi Jiuzhoutong Law Firm), where he served as the Managing Partner. In 2014, Shaanxi Jiuzhoutong Law Firm merged with Shaanxi Renhe Wanguo Law Firm, after which Attorney Yao served as the Managing Partner and Senior Partner of the merged firm, Shaanxi Renhe Wanguo Law Firm. In 2019, with the establishment of Tahota (Xi’an) Law Firm, Attorney Yao became a Senior Partner and the Executive Director of the firm.

Throughout his career, Attorney Yao has provided comprehensive legal services to the Xi’an Municipal Government and its relevant departments, and has served as the standing legal advisor to over a hundred enterprises and institutions. His practice spans criminal and civil litigation, real estate, foreign trade and import-export, high-tech industries, military-industrial enterprises, and foreign-related hospitality sectors, amassing extensive experience in corporate and commercial affairs as well as contract disputes. He possesses substantial knowledge of production processes, technologies, and technical workflows in manufacturing enterprises, and his understanding of military affairs has proven valuable in supporting legal services for defense-related enterprises.
