Wang Jing is a lawyer who possesses profound legal theoretical knowledge and extensive practical experience. With an interdisciplinary academic background that combines science/engineering and law, He approaches her work with meticulous rigor and a strong sense of responsibility. Mr. Wang specializes in civil and commercial legal practice areas including construction engineering, commercial dispute resolution, corporate governance, financing and M&A, private equity, intellectual property, data assets, and cross-border trade.

He has been honored with the title of National Advanced Individual in Public Legal Services awarded by the Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China. Additionally, he was consecutively recognized as an Outstanding Lawyer of Qinghai Province by the Qinghai Provincial Department of Justice for four years.
