Elizabeth A Malloy

Career

Elizabeth Malloy is a shareholder in the firm’s Labor & Employment section. She focuses her practice on employment litigation, employment counseling, and serving as a neutral investigator for employment complaints for employers in diverse industries. In the education sector, she has served as an investigator of students complaints and as a Title IX Hearing Officer. She has represented employers in diverse industries in various litigation matters, through jury trials, in cases alleging race, gender and age discrimination, racial and sexual harassment, and retaliation. She also obtained decertification of three wage and hour class actions. Liz’s employment counseling experience includes substantial experience in assisting employers with workplace reductions from initial planning through notification to the workplace. Liz earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law (cum laude, Order of the Coif).
