Samuel is the Co-Chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Copyright Practice. Board-certified in Intellectual Property Law by the Florida Bar, his practice primarily involves intellectual property litigation, with an emphasis on copyright, trade secret, and patent matters involving various technologies, as well as data and information protection and enforcement. Drawing on his background, he also works on various licensing and transactional matters related to computer software, including open-source licensing issues. Sam serves as the Chair of the firm’s Technology Committee. In addition, Sam is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Court Mediator.
