Samuel is the Co-Chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Copyright Practice. His practice primarily involves intellectual property litigation, with a focus on copyrights, trade secrets, and patents involving a variety of technologies. He is also involved with data and information protection and enforcement, and licensing and transactional matters relating to computer software and technologies, including extensive open source licensing experience. Sam is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a circuit mediator. He also serves as the Chair of the firm’s Technology Committee.
