Jesse Keene is a partner in Cozen O’Connor’s Construction Law Practice Group based out of its Washington, DC office where he represents owners, contractors, subcontractors, and specialty suppliers on construction projects domestically and internationally. Jesse assists clients with contract drafting, project advice, and litigation and arbitration. His cases regularly involve the construction or renovation of complex projects such as power plants, LNG production and storage facilities, schools, embassies, hospitality and commercial buildings, marinas, and highway and bridge construction using various delivery models, including EPC. Super Lawyers lists Jesse as a “Super Lawyer” for Construction Law in Washington, DC after identifying him as a “Rising Star” between 2014 and 2019. He is a Fellow with the Construction Lawyers Society of America, on the Board of Governors for the Virginia State Bar Section on Construction and Public Contracts Law, and a past editor of the Construction Law volume of Thomson Reuter’s Virginia Practice Guide.
