Mark focuses on Chapter 11 business reorganizations, restructurings, and liquidations. His practice includes representing businesses in non-judicial restructurings and Chapter 11 proceedings, creditors' committees, and trustees in complex Chapter 7 cases. Mark is a certified mediator for the Delaware Bankruptcy Court and has an active mediation practice. He is certified in business bankruptcy by the American Board of Certification and is licensed in Delaware, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
