Career
Marion Hack has almost 30 years of experience practicing in construction and commercial litigation. A first-chair trial lawyer with an emphasis on multimillion-dollar claim disputes involving high profile, complex construction projects, Marion achieves either favorable settlements on behalf of her clients or takes cases to trial resulting in positive verdicts or judgments. Her practice includes a wide array of construction industry matters, such as bidding disputes, contract negotiations and drafting, scheduling and delay issues, and mechanics lien and claims resolution at the state and federal levels. She has a broad range of legal experience, including public and private works projects regarding roads, bridges, vertical construction, power facilities, environmental remediation, airports, school facilities, professional sports stadiums, concert halls, mass transit, and other heavy construction projects, including all types of general building design and construction. She also serves as an arbitrator and mediator on the AAA panel.
