David Tiger

David represents clients in all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, financing, workouts of debt and credit facilities involving distressed real estate, and all types of leasing, including long-term ground leases. Corporate clients rely on him to advise on real estate matters in connection with mergers, asset sales, or stock sales in which the underlying assets include owned or leased real estate. Outside of his real estate practice, David advises non-profit and tax-exempt organizations on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including formation and structure, corporate governance, donation policies, fundraising and cause-related marketing, federal tax law compliance, and all manner of contracts and business agreements.
