Stephen Seeger leads Cozen O’Connor’s Washington, D.C. Construction Law Group. He has litigated, arbitrated, and mediated cases across America, and around the globe from Australia and Afghanistan. Steve’s cases include EPC power plants, liquefied natural gas facilities, major industrial manufacturing facilities, locks and dams, highways, subway lines and station construction, data centers, hospitals, health care facilities, laboratories, office buildings, apartments, condominiums, and super luxury residences. Seeger’s matters often involve public construction projects with federal, state, and local agencies, and he specializes in Government Contracts. He represents owners, developers, and contractors, as well as subcontractors for electric, concrete, mechanical/HVAC, earthwork, dewatering, support of excavation, masonry, and building envelope scopes of work. In addition to Seeger’s practice advocating and counseling his clients, he is on the American Arbitration Association panels of construction arbitrators and mediators, and regularly sits as an arbitrator and mediator in construction disputes.
