Eduardo Castillo is a partner in Pérez-Llorca’s Intellectual Property & Technology practice with over 25 years’ experience in IP and unfair competition litigation.
He acts in high-stakes disputes involving business intangibles and related rights, with a primary focus on complex patent cases in the chemical, life sciences (pharma and biotech) and telecommunications sectors. Eduardo regularly designs and coordinates multi-jurisdictional strategies and parallel proceedings before Spanish and EU courts and IP offices. His practice also covers trade secrets and other technology-driven claims. He holds a Law degree from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and works in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
He was highlighted in the Chambers and World Trademark Review guides as one of the leading individuals in the area.
