National healthcare providers have called upon Cindy Reisz for her transactional and operational experience. Her extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry and its regulatory framework allows her to structure complex deals, such as joint ventures, acquisitions and de novo development of facilities and healthcare services that comply with federal and state healthcare laws. Cindy utilizes her vast experience in both the healthcare and corporate sectors to advise both private equity funds and their portfolio companies. With this background, she is able to lead an acquisition of a healthcare company, conduct thorough healthcare diligence, and ultimately advise on the portfolio company’s operational issues and provide guidance for navigating healthcare regulations. Combining these skills makes her an effective and efficient choice for healthcare private equity.
Cindy is active nationally in the healthcare industry as she has been appointed an American Health Law Association (AHLA) Fellow for 2025, previously serving as a member of the board of directors and president. Recognized by Chambers USA for her work in the healthcare industry, Cindy is praised for being a “top-flight lawyer” and “is routinely relied on by a number of healthcare persons as she is very seasoned and has the kind of judgment you would expect from someone who has done this for 35 years.” (from Chambers USA 2019) She works primarily with acute care and psychiatric health systems, physician practice management companies and population health management organizations, among others in her practice.
Her vast involvement with industry-related organizations and her deep understanding of healthcare’s ever-changing regulations allow her to provide valuable and efficient guidance for her clients.
