Cindy's extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry and its regulatory framework allows her to structure complex deals, such as joint ventures, acquisitions and de novo development of facilities and healthcare services that comply with federal and state healthcare laws. She represents hospitals and health systems, population health management providers, large physician groups and practice management companies in transactions and regulatory/operational matters. In 2019, Cindy was selected to serve as the president-elect designate of the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA). She has served on the AHLA Board of Directors since 2013 and has served in AHLA leadership roles for nearly 20 years. Her term as AHLA president will start July 1, 2021.
