With more than 20 years of experience in the sector, she advises financial institutions, fund managers, insurers and fintech companies on regulatory, supervisory, compliance and corporate governance matters. She is a State Attorney on leave and previously served before the Audiencia Nacional and at the Subdirección General de lo Contencioso de la Abogacía General del Estado. From 2010 to 2013, she was Director of the Litigation and Sanctions Department of the CNMV and also served as Deputy Secretary of its Board.
