She advises national and international clients on high‑profile mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity investments. Her experience covers all phases of corporate transactions, including confidentiality and letters of intent, due diligence, asset and share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements and all ancillary aspects of acquisitions and investments. She has extensive experience in minority and majority share acquisitions and in leveraged and management buyout structures.
Career
Carmen is a partner (since 2013) in Pérez‑Llorca’s Corporate practice, which she joined in 2005. With more than 15 years of experience in corporate transactional work, she specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and complex corporate restructurings. She works with national and international clients across a wide range of sectors, advising on large‑scale investments and multijurisdictional operations.
